Working with Jeffrey completely changed my understanding of life coaching. I didn't know what it was at all until he started working with me. He brings the same presence and artistry to coaching that he brings to conducting, and he somehow manages to "conduct" his sessions entirely online with ease. Intelligent, patient, and with a great sense of humor, he makes every session engaging and comfortable. He truly cares about helping people grow, and learning from such an extraordinary musician and human being was an honor.

Life as an artist (especially in a city where originality is rare) is quite a difficult path to pursue; finding your niche in a place like this is almost impossible. My coaching with Jeffrey allowed me to throw all my ideas out there with no judgement and helpful guidance on his part. With his experience, he was able to help me think through the creative process and find out what really mattered (and what did not matter) to me and my goals, and the impact I was wishing to have on people and the Arts. For someone like me with a busy brain and not a clear straight path, Jeffrey will help you figure out in yourself the path you want to direct yourself on. At the beginning of my coaching, I had dozens of ideas with no direction. By the end of my coaching, I was starting my own non-profit with a well-thought-out idea and a clear path.

I experienced Jeffrey as an affable, open-minded person and an excellent communicator. He was able to articulate a clear sense of purpose that both grounded our initial sessions and made it easier to recognize small gains along the way. I highly recommend him as an insightful collaborator for anyone looking to grow in self-awareness and leverage their unique strengths to get where they want to go. Â
